The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. That's something.

The power went out multiple times one night and it was not fixed until the next day. also, there was a persistent bad smell in the toilet, especially in the mornings. I suspect sewage issues. the hot tub was unusable because there was no hot water at all.

Amazing Bali Experience!

The staff remembered us and were helpful with every request. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean! I loved the private pool along with the outdoor bath and shower. The location is perfect and close to many restaurants and shops. A quick walk takes you everywhere!

The hot water wasn't always available, especially in the afternoons. This affected the hot tub experience. there was a bad smell in the toilet in the mornings. I believe their sewage system has some issues.

The food was delicious with great variety. I especially loved the smoothie bowl! Breakfasts were excellently prepared and presented. I enjoyed the restaurant's onsite location. It made everything so easy.

The rooms had beautiful surroundings, everything was super clean, and the bathrooms were spacious! My villa included robes, slippers, and tea and coffee facilities. I appreciated the turn-down service each day. It was such a nice touch.

The villa was much bigger than expected. It was clean, decorated tastefully, and included complementary bottled water EVERY day. Mang Sri gave us a warm welcome during each breakfast. It was very appreciated.

Soundproofing could be improved. Noises were noticeable at times.

The staff were really nice, provided really good service. They were friendly and accommodating, attending to our needs with a smile. The team prepared a lovingly arranged lunch box for us on our departure day, meeting our needs.
